When Leonard convinced Monet that she was partially android and evolving to become more human, she chose to reboot herself, - wiping her memory of her love for Natasha and the ensuing heartbreak at her demise
Android Ep-si-lon was re-programmed so that he would no longer be destructive and could resume duties amongst the crew.  
Lt.  Molly Troy boldly acted on her attraction to Captain Zax.
A cat-scan revived a dying Dee Dee Calrissian long enough for her to say a lengthy farewell  to Dr. Luca Britoni.
All on the bridge were stunned to receive a transmission from the President of Earth/C.E.O of Google Oprah Disney  - informing the crew their entire mission was a dangerous test of wormhole travel, and they had not been expected to survive.  
Captain Cosmos and First Officer Frakes then set a course for the ship and its crew to bravely navigate towards home.
