Ep. 4 (Feb. 24)

~Sandy was frightened when she thought she saw something in the jungle and found that Chip was suddenly gone. She awoke Harper and they spent the night huddled together naming things that gave them comfort. Jack found them in the morning and tended to their wounds.
~The Reverend was distracted by Loretta’s bosom, which displeased her.  
~ Captain Robinson emerged from a cave claiming to have heard voices. Reverend Locke, acting on his conversation with the Lord, tried to strangle the Captain. Timothy was alarmed by the delusional antics of both men.  
~ Owen assured the Captain that he did not hear voices. He took notes in his journal, and gave advice to Timothy.
~ Borrowing Owen’s pen and paper, Spencer wrote an S.O.S. message to stuff in a bottle  - which he tried to cast into the ocean, despite scorn from Jack. Jack seemed suspicious of Owen’s past.
~ Spencer regretted being mean to Timothy and set about making survival plans with encouragement from Loretta. They were dismayed that the Reverend’s blessing was for salvation, not rescue.
~ Sandy showed Jack how to weave palm fronds.
